GEAR LUBRICANTS
ROCOL manufacture a comprehensive range of
gear lubricants which can be divided into 2
categories - exposed open gears
and enclosed gearboxes.
Open gears are used extensively across
industry, particularly in high load dusty
environments. ROCOL open gear lubricants are
designed to reduce wear on gear teeth and
protect against corrosion even in the most
extreme environments, resulting in
prolonged, efficient gear life. All
ROCOL open gear lubricants are
bitumen free.
ROCOL's range of gearbox lubricants
are designed to provide exteded
service life, reducing maintenance tim and
costs.
TUFGEAR SPRAY
Provides a thin water repellent film with
good load carrying capabilities.
Highly tenacious, will not throw off in
operation. Use on small gear trains, gears
on overhead equipment and for application
through guards onto moving gears.
Temperature range - 10C to + 100 C.

TUFGEAR UNIVERSAL

demanding applications. Developed to deal
with the loads found in the largest gears
and to withstand the aggressive environments
within which they operate. including gears
that are exposed to strong underwater
currents.

TUFLUBE ALLWEATHER
Extremely adhesive water resistant lubricant
with excellent water displacing properties
which provides good corrosion protection and
long term lubrication. Can be applied to we
surfaces. Use on sliding surfaces, gears,
slow speed bearings and outdoor equipment or
wherever a heavy duty lubricant is required,
particularly in wet or humid conditions.

SAPPHIRE HI-TORQUE
High performance gear oils featuring the
unique ROCOL Start Up Protection System
(SUPS) which reduces wear, provides superior
load carrying capabilities and stability at
high temperatures. Approved for use by David
Brown Gearboxes. Temperature range -20C to +
